This fun and easy craft doesn’t take a lot of time and wont break the bank. All you need is a Halloween card, a 5×7 black frame, a few spooky stickers, some buttons, ribbon, pipe cleaners and a glue gun. You can find all of these items at your local dollar store.

First, take the frame apart, remove the glass and set it aside as you’ll need it later. Now, take a sponge or you can use your fingers to dab some white paint onto the frame. Once you’ve achieved the look you want, repeat with another color. I used orange and purple to match the cards I’d chosen.

Once the paint is dry, put the glass back in the frame and add in your Halloween card.

Now its time to decorate. Grab your glue gun and get creative! Start by gluing pipe cleaners to the inside of the frame on the glass. Add buttons, stickers, wooden pieces, whatever you like, until you’ve achieved the look you want. Once thats finished add a little bow to the top corner and glue a pipe cleaner to the back of the frame to create a hanger.
